Clyso GmbH stands for leading innovative IT solutions in the field of open source technologies such as Ceph & Kubernetes. We support companies in cloud migration and the implementation of open source infrastructures for storage solutions in the peta and exabyte range all around the globe. To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Junior Events and Communications Manager. This role is ideal for a well-organized, hands-on individual, passionate about event management and communication in the tech industry.
Your responsibilities
Event Management:
- Assist in planning and organizing attendance at annual conferences, trade fairs, and Clyso/Ceph events
- Coordinate timely delivery of content and materials for events
- Support senior staff in event preparation and on-site management
Communication and Content Creation:
- Develop content in German and English for various platforms to promote Clyso products and event attendance
- Create and optimize content for website, blog, and newsletter
- Manage social media presence and engage with digital audiences
Your profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in content management systems and marketing tools is a plus
- Creative mindset with a keen interest in digital trends and emerging technologies
- Technical affinity and eagerness to learn about IT infrastructure and topics such as Open Source, Kubernetes or Ceph.

General conditions:
